This was an interesting episode. See, the goverment had an informant that was going to testify against an international criminal, but the criminal's contacts kidnapped his girlfriend in the hopes that would stop him from testifying. There are other elements in this episode that are interesting..the blond that seems to hate Winston's helper (only in this episode), also was Jeff Fahey's girlfriend in SILVERADO. Also a surprise between informant and girlfriend. Winston has to dress up as a phone repair guy to get into the criminals house.
