A hideously disfigured serial bank robber is a dead ringer for a prison escapee named Lucas Burke (Cyril O'Reilly). The only trouble is, Burke's supposed to be dead.
This episode starts us off in the jail house doctors office. Lucas Burke is going in for some health problems. (if you seen this man, you might think a bit more than health). It was a rigged from the start. Lucas Burke got away and was able to stay un-noticed until Winston MacBride got on the trail.
Lucas Burk was robbing banks that he checked out as he took his girlfriend out to lunches. See...Lucas Burk was a GREAT looking guy now. He had plastic surgery and as Winston said it best..."He had plastic surgery and robs banks to pay for it!" Which was exactly what Lucas did. Except Winston did not think like the rest of the FBI clan, he had his own ideas of where Lucas was gonna strike next. Which was exactly where Lucas did and it left the FBI looking pretty foolish.
As always....Winston gets his man, but watch and see how and why.
